Establishment and Structure  e-swissolar
GmbH has been established at 01.09.2006 as a limited
company under Swiss right with a capital stock of CHF 20'000. In 21.03.2007 the Greek subsidiary
e-greeksolar Ltd has been successfully established
with a capital stock of 18'000 EUR. Substantial purpose
of the Greek subsiady is the following:
- Realisation of solar power
stations
- Operation of solar
power stations (maintance, administration, control)
- Aquisition of new Projects
- Permision Management
- Sub-contructing and Human
Ressources
Majority participation of the e-swissolar GmbH to the Greek
e-greeksolar Ltd
